 1. Use Limbo for Content You Own or Have Rights To                      
                                                                         
 Limbo provides content authentication infrastructure including          
 C2PA-compliant signing, provenance tracking, and watermarking. You may  
 only use the platform to authenticate content you own or have explicit
 rights to. Using Limbo to create fraudulent provenance records,        
 misrepresent content origin or authorship, or circumvent content
 authenticity systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate
 account suspension.  Only sign content you own or are authorized to authenticate

 2. Maintain the Security of Your Account and API Keys
                                                     
 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  and account credentials. Do not share access with unauthorized parties.
  If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately

 3. You Own Your Content, We Own Our Infrastructure
                                                                         
 You retain full ownership of the content you authenticate through Limbo.
  Limbo retains ownership of its platform, signing infrastructure, and  
 proprietary technology. We do not claim rights to your content and do
 not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the service.  Your content and credentials remain entirely yours                      
 
 We never use your content to train models or for any other purpose

 4. Subscriptions Renew Automatically Unless Canceled
                                                     
 Limbo offers subscription and usage-based plans. Subscriptions renew
 automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your  
 account dashboard. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund
 policy. Failure to pay may result in suspended access to the platform.

 5. We May Update or Modify the Platform at Any Time
                                                                         
 We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any
 time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant    
 changes in advance. Updates are made to improve security, performance,

 6. Limbo Provides Infrastructure, Not Legal Certification
                                                         
 Limbo provides technical infrastructure for content authentication. We
 do not guarantee that Content Credentials will be accepted, recognized,
 or enforced by any third-party platform, legal body, or standard. Limbo
 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
  from use of the platform.

 7. Violations May Result in Account Termination                
                                               
 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
  terms. Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior
 notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
